Beauty Chef’s Sleep Inner Beauty Powder is a bio-fermented turmeric and spice blend that may help promote a peaceful and restful night of sleep.

This delicious ingestible powder contains ten carefully selected ingredients including passionflower, lemon balm, bio-fermented turmeric and pawpaw leaf, sour cherry, clove bud, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom and black pepper that work together to reduce stress and promote sleep.

Mix it with your favorite non-dairy milk to make a delicious nighttime elixir that whisks you away to dreamland in no time!

Ingredient Highlights:

Turmeric root is a powerful antioxidant and traditionally used to promote healthy digestion and inflammatory response.  Antioxidants help to fight free radicals which are closely linked with premature aging. Antioxidant activities are increased during sleep, and in fact our circadian rhythm is linked with the body’s own antioxidant production. So "beauty sleep" isn’t just a myth!

Clove Bud, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom and black pepper have a long history of use in beauty treatments, perfumery, cultural practices, food and traditional systems of medicine, and help to give SLEEP its beautiful rich flavor.

Lemon balm and passionflower are used in traditional western herbal medicine to promote a good night’s sleep, relieve nervousness and restlessness and to relieve mild anxiety symptoms. Lemon balm is also used traditionally in western herbal medicine to calm, soothe, and support a healthy mood while relieving irritability.

Sour cherry is naturally rich in melatonin which promotes sleep.

Contains bio-fermented turmeric and pawpaw (bio-fermented using Beauty Chef’s trademarked Flora CultureTM) plus 1.5 billion probiotics per service so digestive superpowers!

Blend 1 tsp with 200mls of warm dairy or non-dairy milk (or water if preferred) and consume 1 hr before bedtime.

Blend with warm, not hot milk (think baby’s bottle temperature). Temperatures over 140 degrees will start to degrade the probiotic potency of the formula.

Take an additional serving before bedtime if required.
